2. Services

NovaTrip provides an online platform for browsing, comparing, and booking tour packages, transportation, and tickets. We act as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators, hotels, and service providers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective tour operator or service provider.
• Prices displayed are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change.
• Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure your booking.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as displayed on our platform.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by tour package and service provider. Specific cancellation terms are displayed on each package detail page.
• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund (minus processing fee).
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or booking.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform.
• Resell or commercially exploit any content or services without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Novatrip Co., Ltd. acts as a booking platform and intermediary. We are not liable for:

• Actions, omissions, or negligence of tour operators, hotels, or other third-party service providers.
• Weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, or other force majeure circumstances affecting travel plans.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NovaTrip platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Novatrip Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
